This experiment was conducted to study the effects of combination treatment of corn strew with probiotics and lime on rumen fermentation characteristics, disappearance of corn straw in rumen and digestibility apparent of nutrients in Northeast fine-wool sheep. The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effects and utilization of combination treatment of corn straw. In Exp.1, The pH value of LP was lower than CK,4% lime and 6% lime group after 30 days storage. The straw in LP was texture softens and has a slightly acidic flavor. Mildew was found in 4% lime, and 6% lime group. The NDF and ADF in LP were 7.77% and 10.92% (P<0.05)Four male ruminal cannulated sheeps were used in a 4×4 Latin square experiment and fed corn straw (CK group), corn straw treated by 6% lime (alkalization group,L), corn stalk treated by probiotics (microbe-fermented group,P), and corn stalk treated by the combination of probiotics and lime (combination group,LP), respectively. The effects of combination treatment of corn strew with probiotics and lime on rumen fermentation characteristics, disappearance of corn straw in rumen and digestibility apparent of nutrients was conducted to study in this experiment. Results showed that :In Exp.2, The intake speed and feed intakes were 3.97 g/min, 978.92 g/d, respectively, com-pared with CK, increased 29.04%, 54.55% (P<0.01), higher than the L group 27.24%, 50.79% (P<0.05).In Exp. 3, The results indicated that runinal pH value was not significantly affected by LP(5.71~6.98).Concentrations of NH3-H in LP were significantly higher than CK and L at 0 h and 6 h(P<0.05),and significantly higher than the CK group after feeding 2 h(P<0.01). Acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, TVFA and acetic acid/propionic acid ratio were no significant differ-ence between the four groups at 0, 6, 8 h, (P>0.05). The average TVFA concentration in the rumen was significant higher than P and CK after feeding 2 hours(P> 0.05).In Exp. 4, Determined by nylon bag ruminal nutrient disappearance rate of straw. The results showed that: LP group of rumen dry matter disappearance rate rise at all time points, higher than the other groups; training 6 hours than the L group increased 14.81% (P<0.05), the other time points was not significant. Training 6, 12, 24, 48 h LP was significantly higher than the probiotic group (P<0.05), 6, 24 h culture was significantly higher (P<0.01). Approach does not change the degradation of NDF in the rumen. Training 6 h, LP group and P group rumen NDF disappearance rate was significantly higher than CK group and L group (P<0.05), 24, 48, 72 h LP group NDF disappearance rate was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). ADF and NDF disappear-ance rate were similar to the law and training 24, 48, 72 h LP group NDF disappearance rate was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). In Exp. 5, Different treatment methods on the apparent digestibility of nutrients showed dif-ferent patterns. LP , P and L were higher than CK of DMD, respectively.(P<0.05). DMD was same with OMD , LP , P and L group were significantly higher than CK (P<0.05). The CPD were no sig-nificant difference between the LP and P, but significantly higher than the CK group and L (P<0.05). NDFD and rules similar to DMD, LP group than in the CK group higher than 28.57% (P<0.05). The ADFD LP in the CK group was higher than 33.49% (P<0.05).
