The study is based on fresh-wet biological feed as the experimental diet to regular diet as the control diet, in order to reaearch the pihlet, shoat and pocker growth of performance and economic benefits; and it has invested in experiment around the experimental plant breeding farm;the experiment has got the growth of performance and economic benefits about the piglet,shoat,pocker.and got the disease-resistant ability situation of fermrnentation feed;it provided a basis for promotion and applition of fresh-wet biological feed, the main results are as follows:(1) Growth performance:The results show that the feeding fresh-wet fermented feed than conventional feed in the respective weight ratio decreased 44.70%,28.8%, piglets raised22.9%, it was the fermentation feed less than the conentional feed in daily feed intake of the piglet, shoat and pocker.it reduced 0.22kg,0.69kg,0.66kg, it was the fermentation feed increased 0.17kg,0.02kg,indaily gain than the conventationl feed about shoat% pocke;it reduced 0.17kg in piglet.(2) Ketone characters and pork quality:The experiment pig was determinted by the slaughter rate, eye muscle area and carcass in the meat, skin, bone, fat percentage: the pocker quality was measured afte determinted post-mortem muscle PH value the Intramuscular fat content, water content, water holding capacity and meat color and other studies have shown that a better dressing percentage, lean meat high umami amino acid content. Slaughter rate was 77.61% which, up to 70.64% lean meat percentage, meat color rating of 2.67. muscle amino acid flavor amino acids was 80.83mg/g, essential amino acids was 72.80mg/g, crude fat and crude protein in muscle, respectively,2.17 and 22.19mg/g.(3) Economic benefits:According to the experimental treatment group fed the production performance data with real-time feed and market prices, it was calculated that the economic theory of efficiency,it showed:it was fed by fermented feed to reduce feed costs, the fermented feed had better medical care. Which fermented feed reduced feed costs, piglet increased 0.6%,shoat and pocker both decreased by 45.08 %,32.02%; and fed fermented feed (without antibiotics) in pigs results in improving the quality of pork obviously, the pig was fed fermeneted feed prices (including antibiotics) prices higher 1-3 yuan than fed conventional feed, and the fermentation feed was good at improving pig of immunity and reduce health care costs of pigs, each pig was fed conventional feed less than 50.(4) Resistance ability of investigation:It invested resistance ability of farms through Suxian District of Chenzhou City, Hunan qiao kou town,the study found: Qiao Kou Town, Hunan Province, the area Suxian District outbreak of blue ear disease, fifth disease and other serious disease, a large number of farms along almost all have been affected, many farms were closed down by the serious epidemic situation; However, using the rise and fermented feed has not been affected by the xin xin farm, the epidemic has never been hit before. It also Showed that the fermented feed has a great advantage in anti-virus capability.
