Abstract/Summary:
As a significant component of guidance for missile, coordinator plays a critical role in the target seeking, tracking and guiding. The infrared coordinator usually features a structure of 3-dimension frame, containing a solenoid module which consists of standard solenoid, modem solenoid,Φ-angle solenoid, stabilized solenoid, precession solenoid and etc. The solenoid module interacts with gyro through electromagnetic induction, controlling the rotation of the gyro and sensing the location of the target. Any failure of a superposition of the gyro centroid and the axis of gyro rotation shall cause a diversion error of the sensor output signal. So the accuracy of gyro manufacturing and solenoid module assembling effects directly on the accuracy of coordinator, thus that of the missile.The dissertation originated from a measurement project of a certain aeronautical and astronautic institute. To fix the measurement demands of theΦ-angle solenoid test, the phase difference of standard solenoid and modem solenoid test, the solenoid module insulation resistance value test, the solenoid polarity test and the solenoid coupled signal test, the synthetic measurement system are designed. The measurement system are developed based on a platform of ARM9 MCU.After giving a brief introduction of the concept of coordinator and embedment system, the thesis in detail elaborate the development of the hardware and the software. The specification of the hardware focuses on designing and realizing of the speed-stabilized circuit, start-up circuit, and signal source circuit .Meanwhile an introduction of functional circuits on the mother board and the extension board of S3C2410 based on ARM9 are described. The introduction of the software generally focuses on selection and the transplantation of the embedment Operation System and device driven and GUI.
