| With the proposed smart grid, and development of smart sensor and modern information communication technology, Demand Side Management has been given some new connotation. Smart grid emphasize interaction, firstly embodies in the power grid and the interaction between user information. For providing the basis of system planning and safe economic operation,Power grid companies need "the ways and means" to master in the needs of the users, and do further analysis and prediction. However, users also need "the ways and means" to get power grid's information,including the current price, the supply and demand situation and other information.So as to realize the scientific and reasonable use electricity, reduce cost electricity, at the same time produce resources optimization of the good social benefits.As an import interactive tool between grid and users, demand response is becoming the focus of smart grid. Meanwhile power load management system is import tool for demand side management and demand response. Under the context of smart grid construction, this paper studies the state art of power load management system and management status in china, make a summary about the problem of the system in progress, and extend the functions of power load management system with considering the challenge and chance. Besides, this paper also finishes and presents the cost-benefit analysis. Leverage the resource of demand response, we can better use of non-renewable energy and power resource to some extent. Target to Beijing area, this paper deeply analysis the feature of the electricity loads according to the consumption characteristics. Based on the model of condition load and load response, this paper proposes the concept of Load response participation and predicts the resource of condition load response in Beijing. In addition, this paper also proposes the relevant policies, rules, standards and incentives which can satisfy the requirements of china. |
