The filling system of motor vehicle production line belongs to the assembly process equipment, and mainly complete automobile brake fluid, air conditioning refrigerants, engine cooling fluid, oil, power steering fluid and so on.With the rapid development of the whole car industry, nowadays the function of these devices compared with the traditional equipment, not only the style develoms from manual to quantitative filling, until the automatic, but also efficiency and precision of injection has greatly promoted.The filling process needs meet the fast rhythm of assembly line,at the same time, according to different characteristics of the oil filling and its use state,still need realize vacuum, sealing testing, charging and so on. The patterns of injecting are nor always the same, but the purpose is the same, they have the same fundamental structure, centralized supplying system, leak checking system and injecting system.In terms of the phenomenon of low efficiency of brake fluid filling assembly workshop in a company, the paper finish investigation and research for further, according to the information collected, there are some main reasons for the low efficiency as the following kinds:the seal failure of pipe joint of brake fluid filling, filling equipment parameters is unreasonable, precision is not high, vacuum value setting is not reasonable, etc. The study of filling efficiency involves many aspects, including the design, assembly, test and after-sales such links. This paper raises to in the process of the two main problems in the analysis object, from filling equipment, process and from the brake fluid pipe and so on, taking the experimental and numerical simulation method, analysing the failure cause, laying down solution, and improve the success rate of filling. The main work as follows:(1) Analyzing the brake fluid filling the whole process, using the fault analysis theory and the reliability analysis, to find out the influence the quality and efficiency of filling main reason, namely the pipeline leak and joint equipment parameters problem, laying the foundation for the next step wok;(2) For the leak of pipe joint, combined with the principle of metal sealing, to study the braking system of the hard and soft pipe joint seal performance, firstly formating the initial interface conditions, using the finite element software, to simulation calculation the whole process from loading to deformation, according to the structure of the solution, getting the conclusion that hard tube joints cone angle is the main reason leading to seal performance decline. According to the results of analysis, promoting the processing technology, and the test. Leakage rate reduced from3%to below0.5%, sealing effect improves significantly.(3) vacuum pressure is the important link to judge whether there is the leakage vehicles in the process of filling, according to the problem that pipeline frequent no leak, but the equipment alarm small leakage, the paper resaerch the gas molecules in the pipe line of process of vacuum, using vacuum leak detection theory, combined with the related experimental, determined the the main cause of pressure rising internal pipeline, and optimize the structure of the pipeline, improving the vacuum the pressure effect.
