The influence of value of the main parameters of indoor air quality wasstudied by the use of questionnaires and field test, and summarized therelationship between human comfort degree of subjective satisfaction and themain parameters of indoor air quality. Theory and data base was provided forindoor air quality assessment and control.In order to control or improve indoor air quality, air purification devicehave been more and more applied to real life, but related products standardspecification and test methods are not perfect, resulting in relatively troubledmarket, national supervision has also been unable to perform. So this articleused the existing national standards and standardized research, combiningwith the actual test, built relatively perfect testing platform, improved thetesting equipment in order to use in the actual test. The national eleven five thesupport of science and technology research was completed, and the nationalindustry standard JG/T294-2010"Test of pollutant cleaning performance of aircleaner". Current relevant standard no longer just copy foreign standards, orhave only control index, but no test method, uniform testing conditions. At thesame time, this subject has been provided PM2.5pollution index test method,the social hot spot, but are likely to increase in the next two or three years.China air purifier and indoor air quality standards further improved one stepahead, and provide a theoretical and data support.The modular air cleaners were studied in detail respectively in respectsof testing equipment and testing methods. Artificial dust, aerosol generator,and the spiral artificial dust generator were invented and spiral artificial dustgenerator has obtained national patent. Test conditions, including of testeddust source, the concentration of the dust source and test methods have been studied and research result showed the influence of the type and concentrationof test dust on the result was little. The measured data of the arrestance andcounting efficiency for the same purification equipment are not comparable.The cleaning effect difference of air cleaning devices for the different sizeparticles was great.To non-modular air cleaner, a volume of30m3environmental test chamberwas built in order to offer the evaluation platform. Based on the similarstandard, Test parameters, such as dust source, test time and wind speed wererespectively studied. The test method,formula and evaluation index whichwere different from GB/T18801were made. The result was more intuitive andease of comparison and be easy accepted. The evaluation and test method ofsecondary pollutants were put forward with reference to GB21551.3standard.The specific indicators and detailed test method of ozone and ultraviolet lightleakage were offered and the experimental verification was reasonable,scientific and reliable. The detection system of air purification device has beenimproved. |
