In recent years,as haze weather has increased year by year,indoor air quality has also decreased,this has brought about the rapid development of air purifier equipment.Different types of air purifiers have great differences in purification efficiency,purification effect,and energy consumption.At the same time,China's evaluation standards for the performance of air purifiers are relatively scarce,and there are few studies on air purification technologies by now.At present,only a few units in China have built air purification test chambers that can test the performance of air purifiers,there is no feasible experimental condition for air purification technology research.This paper refers to the national standard and establishes a 30m3closed multi-functional air purification test chamber that complies with national standards.It can not only perform performance tests on different types of air purifiers but also can be used to study PM2.5-related control technologies and purification materials.The main content of this paper is as follows:According to"National Standard for Air Purifier"?GB/T18801-2015?,a 30m3 closed air purification test chamber was established,and the closeness of the test chamber meets the requirement of less than 0.05h-1.The test chamber can carry out tests on various parameters such as clean air volume,cumulative purification amount,purification energy efficiency,and standby power of various types of household air purifiers,at the same time it can also detect microorganisms,formaldehyde,noise,and ozone concentration.Designed and completed purification test chamber constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system,the temperature fluctuation value?T in the test chamber is withiną1°C,the relative humidity fluctuation value?RHH is withiną5%.This has met the requirements of the State for test chambers.Designed and completed the internal and external circulation and self-cleaning system of the test chamber.In-chamber mixing is 87.73%,which is greater than 80%of the national standard.All performance indicators meet the requirements of the"National Standard for Air Purifier"?GB/T18801-2015?.Designed and produced a smoke generator that uses cigarettes as a test dust source.PM2.5 concentrations can range from 10-1000?g/m3.Using the test chamber,three types of air purifiers with different purification principles were tested for performance.The performance characteristics of the three types of purifiers under different test conditions were given,and the performance characteristics of the three purifiers were compared,which provides the basis for the user's choice.
