In recent years, radial piston pump has been developed gradually and widely used in various industries because of its advantages, such as high pressure, high flow, and novel designed and so on. The partial wear between rotor with the shaft of the axis with flow radial piston pump, and the high machining accuracy of the axis due to the current domestic productions are used for various types of hydraulic systems of more less25Mpa. Valve with flow radial piston pump use the eccentric shaft to drive the piston back and forth and use one-way valve with flow. It has many advantages, such as simple and compact structure, lower noise than traditional pump, energy saving and so on. And the working pressure can be as high as20-40Mpa. It is the highest working pressure in all kinds of hydraulic pump.4JB radial reciprocating piston pump use the double sliding institutions. It has many advantages. Now we have developed and created a model, but for the broad market, a model is not enough. And it seems from the pump products currently on the market, almost all manufacturers have developed a product of the corresponding series. In order to quickly develop new markets, industrialization and large-scale pump products, we have designed parameters of the piston pump. Our purpose is to shorten product design cycles and reduce the development capital. According to the parametric design, the piston pump's flow is at range of2.5-100m3/h, and working pressure is at range of10to lOOMpa. The key part is how to achieve the linkage between these two parameters of the actual flow and pressure of the piston pump structure parameters and pump piston pump's parameters. The main content of this paper are summarized as follows:1. Analysis of the piston pump's parameters changes and to identify with its piston pump's overall structure parameters'constraint relations. Working pressure P and the actual flow rate Q to determine the choice of motor type, and the Motor power rating is critical important for the bearing selection. Therefore, we established the constraint relations between P, Q with the motor rated power and bearing basic rated dynamic load. For parametric system, we must achieve the parameters selection of the motor and bearing. In this paper, VB.NET and SQL Server database are used to Store the parameters of the motor and bearing, you can always bring up the required parameters02. Studying the spindle system dynamic balance. Analysis of the reasons of dynamic imbalance and parameters affect the dynamic balance. At last we establish the parameter equation of the Spindle system balancing and use the VB.NET software to compute spindle balancing and strength calculations.3. We establish an interactive relationship between the radial piston pump parts' parameters, Such as plunger, flat, move the slider, skate, inhalation of the discharge valve and Combined with the Pro/E software's function of the parameters and it's VB API function to parameterize the model of the components using VB.NET software. The final step is to establish the parameters of the radial piston pump system.
