As the development direction of modern railway,the rapid development of high-speed railway has made higher requirements for the design and construction of the railway.On the spot the rail flash welding equipment is the key equipment of high-speed railway construction,and has made great development in the domestic.However,the existing flash welding equipment basically uses a single monitoring computer to achieve welding quality monitoring and data management,most of them do not have the remote monitoring and management functions.So,it is difficult to realize the systematic management of the joint quality and the timely and effective diagnosis of the fault of the field equipment.Therefore,this research topic is set up to solve the above problems of the existing flash welding monitoring and management system and improve the level of digital management of flash welding.Based on the pre-research of flash welding remote monitoring and management system,this paper aims at the problems existing in the pre-research of monitoring system,and takes Client/Server structure as the main body to design and optimize the monitoring system,combining with GPRS wireless communication technology,Winsock network programming technology,database access technology,VB.NET visualization Programming language,data encryption technology and other technologies:in order to meet the requirements of"one-to-many" remote monitoring and management,this paper uses virtual private network for communication networks to replace Dynamic Domain Name Resolution,and takes GPRS DTU module as the core to build the virtual private network,and creates sockets for each client and server separately by using multi-process concurrency mechanism to establish non-interference data transceiver process between each client and the server,so that one server can control and assist multiple clients remotely and the system can improve the stability of the network connection and the reliability of the data transmission;moreover,this paper solves the problem of the different types of the data storage formats,and the problem of the storage address inconsistency by defining the format of the welding data to be stored;and by using the DES data encryption technology,the data of remote transmission is encrypted and the data security is guaranteed;then,this paper improves the performance of the system and the stability of program execution by using the MX Component communication component instead of the SerialPort serial control to read and write the PLC.From the results of the functional tests of the modules and the actual welding test,the system can realize the remote wireless transmission of the welding data from more than one rail flash welding machines,the self-defined inquiries for welding parameters of the specific welding machine,the monitoring of the running status of the flash welding machines and the remote setting of the welding parameters and other functions.The system can effectively solve the following difficult problems:the collection and management of the welding data,the precise control of the weld quality,the remote monitoring of the running status of the flash welding machine and other issues.
