Study On Project Management System Of Ship Design Based On The Digital Angle

In order to improve the science and technology innovation ability in shipping industry, especially to improve the success rate of a large number of scientific research and design task with project management characteristics, project management is increasingly considered a strategic means to increase efficiency and benefits and realize the organization transformation. Dozens of ship R&D institutes all have different requirements of introducing project management.This thesis put forward a relatively comprehensive project management model in ship R&D institutes, based on constructing project management system. The thesis analyse and study some factors related to importing project management, including the organizational environment, project management system and project management information system, also research and solve correlatively key technology.Firstly, this thesis analyse the organization structure characters, management mode and the existing problems in ship R&D institute。 Based on the compared with project management and functional management, and the analysis of the principles of introduction project management, puts forward the project management model of ship R&D institute.Then this thesis analyse and study how to achieve every part of the model, including the organizational environment models and project management system model. Furthermore, the key technology of project management model is analyzed and studied, including the ternary salary based on scientific equivalent, career plan of project managers and project management information system development.Finally, the project management model and key technology are applied to a certain institute of management, by practical results verify the feasibility of the model.
