| Cap screwing machine is used for thread cover sealing of PET bottle in packaging production line, which is the equipment for the caps tighten or unscrewed after filling the bottle. Cap sorter mechanism is the key part of machine, which provides a stable of the correctly positioned cap flow for the headset. The production efficiency of domestic machine is low. which can not meet production requirements of high-speed packaging production line. The main factors that influence efficiency are unreasonable parameters of the structure. The design and research of mechanism have important significance for the improvement of the efficiency for sorting caps and the design of similar products of capping machine.This paper firstly analyzed the working principle and process of sorting caps of capping machine, through the analysis and comparison of different schemes, the structure parameter that influence the efficiency had been analyzed. The geometric model of the mechanism was constructed. Through the dynamic simulation of cap movement in mechanism with ADAMS, the force of cap at different parameters of turning plate was obtained, which can provide theoretic foundation for the optimization of mechanism.According to deformation and wear of caps appeared in sorting caps, through static analysis of cap surface at different parameters by using ANSYS. the optimal parameters results that suitable for the mechanism were eventually got. which achieved the purpose of optimized structure. This method provides theoretic foundation for the design of capping machine, also improves design efficiency and quality, which has the certain reference meaning and use value. |
