With the rapid development of the packaging industry and consumer demand forhigher quality products, the market demand for high-performance cutting machinegrowing surge. Die-cutting mechanism is the core of platen die-cutting machine, themechanical motion performance is good or bad for the die-cutting machine performanceplays a vital role. So far, most models use die-cutting machine is still relativelycomplicated mechanical structure dual-elbow bar mechanism as cutting mechanism.More due to mechanical parts, the agency in the actual work process there is difficultyin processing and assembly, the impact of large, noisy and other defects, and thisinstitution in the actual work process unstable. Meanwhile, in the cutting machinedesign, most domestic enterprises still use the generic mapping method, without acomprehensive design theory and design methods to guide cutting machine design.Based on the kinematic characteristics and improve the force characteristics of thecutting machine dual-elbow bar mechanism to establish the mathematical model andconduct systematic research, design new programs conjugate cam drive mechanism andimprovement program using ADAMS verify the correctness. This study can greatlyenhance the performance of die-cutting machine, die cutting life improved significantly,reducing the cutting machine development time, reduce costs and improve thedevelopment process die-cutting machine in the market competitiveness of enterprisesand social development to provide strong support.
