Research And Development Of CAD/CAE/CAPP Integrated System For Metal Hose Based On SML

In the design,analysis and process of product parts,variant design is a main method to achieve rapid design.The essence of the variant design technique is to reuse the existing mature model,modify the model locally or whole and generate a new model.Based on the parameterization idea of the base model,this paper proposes a method for the design,analysis,process modeling and variant design of the part family and product family based on the SML,planning the implementation process,expounding the design principle and key technologies of the variant.The CAD/CAE/CAPP integrated prototype system is developed with metal hose product parts as the research object.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The architecture of the metal hose CAD/CAE/CAPP integrated system is constructed,planning the system workflow and data flow,clarifying the key technologies realized by the system.(2)The part family and product family technologies are studied,giving the definition of part family and product family,classifying and encoding product parts management information,describing the data structure.Based on the proposed base model concept,the geometric base model is established,expounding the design SML modeling technology to support variant design.The variant design method of the part family and product family geometric model based on the design SML is studied.The geometric model variant design principle,the planning realization process and the data relationship flow direction are described,and the geometric model rapid variant design based on the design SML is realized.(3)The analysis modeling and variant design methods based on the SML are studied.The analysis modeling process based on the SML is expounded,introducing the method of establishing the finite element base model and analysis report document base model of CAD/CAE integration from the aspect of data structure,and introducing the method of modeling the SML that is related to the base model.The principle,implementation process and data relationship flow of the analysis variant design based on the design SML and the analysis SML are explained.The rapid variant design of the analysis report document based on the design SML and the analysis SML is realized.(4)The process modeling and variant design methods based on the SML are studied.From the aspect of data structure,the method of establishing the base model of the process card is introduced,proposing a method for establishing the CAD/CAPP integrated process SML based on the design SML.The principle,implementation process and data relationship flow of the product family process variant design based on the process SML are explained.The rapid variant design of process card based on the process SML is realized.(5)The prototype system of the metal hose CAD/CAE/CAPP integrated system is developed,describing the functional modules of the system.The methods and key technologies involved in the system are verified by examples.
