At present our country's construction industry is in the stage with rapid development, there are a lot of houses, and the construction scale is more than any developed country in the world. But the houses in our country are high-energy-consumption constructions in terms of the building's envelope or heating and air conditioning system. In particular, large-scale public buildings such as government departments, offices and educational institutions play a role in energy consumption and their energy consumption is 10 to 20 times bigger than ordinary residential building's. So the strong constraints management of the large public is of great significance to the social's progress and development in our country.So research of key techniques of large-scale public buildings'visual energy consumption monitoring platform based on Multi-level energy consumption model is carried out. Multi-level energy consumption model is introduced, based on which and WebGIS visual energy consumption monitoring platform is developed; construct a multi-level energy consumption database and use an improved BP neural network algorithm to support the energy consumption assisted audit decisions and energy saving potential analysis; the expansible energy audit and the friendly energy efficiency publicity is put forward, which is the promotion of the traditional way. And a visual energy monitoring platform is developed based on the technologies referenced above as an example of the application. This article has 6 chapters:Chapter 1:The development of housing construction in our country is introduced. Current situation of study, at home and abroad, on monitoring, forecast and audit of energy consumption is listed, and the problems of supervision on energy use are analyzed. Finally the main contents of the full text are summarized.Chapter 2:Visual monitoring technique of energy consumption based on WebGIS is built. Firstly, multi-level energy consumption model is introduced which has covered all the objects to be supervised as the base of the whole monitoring platform. Secondly the WebGIS interaction system based on Flash is introduced and the corresponding scene has been constructed.Chapter 3:An energy consumption forecast method based on multi-level energy consumption model is put forward. A multi-level energy consumption database is constructed and the data from different energy consumption level is extracted to be trained with additional momentum method, which can avoid the shortage of standard BP algorithm and achieve the accurancy and convenience from multi-level energy consumption forecast.Chapter 4:This chapter is divided into two parts, energy audit and energy efficiency publicity. Both are introduced in terms of concept and content, and the significance of the audit is elaborated additionally. There are two new concepts put forward, the expansible energy audit and the friendly energy efficiency publicity.Chapter 5:A building energy consumption monitoring platform of a university is developed according to the knowledge mentioned above. The user need of data is analyzed. The overall structure of the system is simply introduced, as well as the main parts and the corresponding support of hardware. At last the operation interfaces of energy consumption monitoring, energy query, energy efficiency publicity and energy audit is displayed.Chapter 6:The researching results of this article are summarized, and the future researching directions are expected.
