| Screw air compressor has been widely used in various fields of modern production because of its outstanding advantages, such as energy conservation, etc. In order to deeper understanding the status of their work performance and optimize the design better, based on relevant national and industry standards, combined with the actual test environment, In this paper, after having analyzed system requirements and fully understood the industry current situation, designed for industrial control machine as the core, high-precision sensor data acquisition card and other components of the compressor test system hardware platform.Firstly, completed the overall design of the air compressor test system, such as a clear test methods and processes, then planned the needs of the hardware design ideas and software design. According to the operational characteristics of the screw compressor, on-site environmental and mechanical properties to select the test point. Used high-performance sensor and Advantech PCI-1712 multi function data acquisition card to complete the data collection. Done on the PC software for data processing and analysis, gave macro and micro air compressor test indicators, designed for field operations man-machine friendly interface.Because of calculation of performance indicators including air compressor axis power, this paper also studied the frequency converter electrical parameters of the test and a brief analysis of the working principle of the frequency converter. In this paper, focus on the electrical parameters of the measurement and calculation methods, spectral leakage and picket fence effect, and aliasing effects are discussed too. Since the electrical parameters of non-synchronous acquisition caused FFT spectrum leakage, introduced windowed interpolation method reduces measurement errors caused by non-synchronous, gave out the Simulation results using MATLAB.After debugging air compressor test system, the result showed that the system can quickly and accurately collected air compressor state, then completed performance testing of air compressor, met the basic function needed, solve the engineering problem, provided an important reference for the follow-up design and production. |
