Study On The Project Management Of Power Grid Blueprint Construction Project

In the daily power scheduling work,there involve different electrical blueprint drawings,which are the important means of information and technology transmission in power system,but also essential tools in actual work. Currently,there coexist paper drawings and E-drawing in power grid dispatching management. With the traditional file management,there have problems of slow transmission,difficult drawing sharing,inconsistent drawing version. Construction of the blueprint drawings management system of power grid is necessary; at the same time, also because of this project construction is chance, through project management ideas and methods, enhance the enterprise operation efficiency, change the extensive type management mode, project-oriented advancing the management level of enterprises, thus realizing the professional project management and enterprise management, provides a very good management practice.This paper analyzes the blueprint drawings management system of power grid construction project,propose the importance of project management,project schedule control,WBS,project scheduling,project responsibility allocation,milepost and project schedule network diagram,project risk identification,analysis and project risk control measures.With the author experience in the power blueprint drawing management system construction,the author sums up the power blueprint drawing system construction project by execution of power blueprint drawing design and engineering construction, combination of power blueprint drawing management system and project management theory,with the purpose to guide and develop the power blueprint drawing management system construction and power enterprise project management. The research purpose is to improve the power blueprint drawings management system construction,also has certain significance in power blueprint drawing management system and power project management.
