The Master's thesis is with Huizhou LNG Power Plant cogeneration project background, more in-depth analysis of a heavy gas-steam combined unit project feasibility, two key issues, namely, natural gas source selection, and second combined-cycle unit gas turbine equipment selection, heat load and thermal system design optimization problems.Described in the natural gas issue, the authors cited a number of natural gas in 2010, the latest statistics, conscientiously sum up the development of valuable foreign gas industry experience, a detailed analysis of the situation of domestic natural gas industry, especially natural gas price formation mechanism, put forward China's natural gas industry a series of recommendations, the final project for the analysis of gas supply options, come to the conclusions of natural gas supply options. In the section of the gas turbine Equipment selection, the author compared Siemens, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and U.S. General Electric Company provide upgraded F-class gas turbine, the most suitable for the proposed project's gas turbine equipment selection conclusions .Upon completion of the elaboration of the heat load, the proposed unit design heat load, heat load balance sheet in order to illustrate the project launched after the meet heat load needs. Selected several typical operating conditions, using GTPRO commercial software, to optimize the design of thermal systems, heat balance diagrams. At last, argumentation the unit selection and demonstration projects designed is meet to the needs.
