Iron and steel industry consume energy to convert one kind material to another with a great deal wasted heat and energy, high efficient recycling of the wasted heat and energy is the way to saving energy of iron and steel industry. It was in 1980's that the research on recycling the wasted heat and energy in iron and steel industry . Generating electricity by wasted heat and energy can make good use of wasted energy in metallurgy producing, and our company can buy less power to promote the economic profit. This project can increase the proportion of power generated by ourselves to carry out the development policy of iron and steel industry.This dissertation discusses such key technologies as the scale of Generating Power project by wasted heat and energy, choosing equipment, main technology implement methods, the thermal control system with computer etc. According to the complex production technology of Pangang Thermo-electric Plant on the basis of research on the generating power project by wasted heat and energy in the world. It also discusses the project feasibility. It has positive effect on the development of Pangang Thermo-electric Plant in both technology feasibility and market future.This dissertation is based on the analysis to the energy utilization of Pangang Thermo-electric Plant. First, it analyzes the present situation of Pangang energy-consuming, figuring out the problems to be solved badly on the ground of the energy utilization of Pangang Thermo-electric Plant. Secondly, this dissertation discusses the range of this project, and figuring out the position of this project in saving energy and protection environment of Pangang. Thirdly, it designs the heat control with the advanced technology of heat control with computer to make sure that this project has a good intelligent control system.
