Research Of Construction Of Municipal Infrastructure In The Process Of Urban Spatial Development

Nowadays, our country is in the key time of the second round of rapid development of urbanization. In Jinan.it's the critical period of the formation and development of Jinan metropolis circle. Urban construction with high strength, high density and high speed is now developing towards the new round of urban construction of which super high buildings are the representatives. Facing such a background, the relation between city spatial development and municipal infrastructure construction, has endowed by the time a sharp proposition in the theory and practice of urban research. "City space" and "city municipal utilities" are two two different but interrelated concepts, the research of the relation between city spatial development and city municipal utilities development is a relatively new field. City municipal public infrastructure is the lifeline of the existence and development of city. The healthy development of the city and the improvement of internationalization degree can bring rare historical opportunity for the development of municipal public utilities industry. Facing the future, the municipal utilities industry of Jinan is facing the rare historical opportunity of city spatial development, it will lay the foundation of Ji'nan as a metropolis, and the development of municipal public facilities is the core carrier. This paper macroscopically gives an attempted discuss, looking forward to serve the "Jinan experience" of the development of municipal utilities. Through the introduction of present situation of municipal infrastructure construction and spatial development pattern and scale of Jinan, and the major municipal infrastructure construction projects and related city spatial development plan, the paper analysed the contradiction and problem between urban spatial development layout and construction of municipal infrastructure of Jinan, and formed a thought on the relation between construction of urban spatial development and construction of municipal utilities.This paper interpreted from different angles the important role the construction of municipal infrastructure has played urban spatial development and put forward the result that the construction of municipal infrastructure and urban spatial development should optimize each other. And put forward the strategies as follows:strengthen the construction of municipal infrastructure which is matched with city function,arrange municipal infrastructure with modern industry system,provide good construction of municipal infrastructure in accordance with time. Under the guidance of the strategies, the thought on construction of municipal infrastructure under new situation of urban spatial development,that is:to develop complex special planning under the guidance of city planning,advocate the priority of planning and construction of municipal infrastructure,establish efficient coordination mechanism for joint work,to assure construction funds and supporting policy.services to the people's livelihood is equal to services to the complex,to treat separately to new zone and old district,to establish efficient approval mechanism,advocate the promotion and application of advanced concepts.
