High-speed rail has powerful transport capacity, less environmental pollution, good safety performance, small footprint, high punctuality, low energy consumption, low transportation cost. Currently the operating mileage of high-speed railway in China resides the world the first, but research of train fire safety is still at the beginning stage, especially for high-speed train fire safety research. A complete set of high-speed train fire prevention and control system haven't established so far. So it have the practical significance to carry out the evacuation study of high-speed train for improving the emergency plan of high-speed train.The research object in this thesis is CRH1high-speed train. Determine the cause of the high-speed train fire, characteristics and fire load and so on through field research and accessing to relevant literature. According to the characteristics and applicability of evacuation software, select the appropriate evacuation simulation software for the train. Established evacuation model in accordance with internal structure and the space form of high-speed train, calculate the development of fire and evacuation of passengers by using software, analysis evacuate situation under different circumstances and the factors that affect the evacuation. Two fire scenes were also simulated, in the first scene fire locate the side of carriage, in the second scene fire locate the middle of carriage, then evaluate people's safety.Simulation result shows that the safe evacuation of all persons can not be guaranteed, some person will be life-threatening under the condition of setting fire. So fuel should be strictly controlled within train. In the process of evacuation simulation found that if fire locate exit it will seriously affect the safety of evacuation, so need to strictly control the exit of the ignition source during normal operation. Simulation also shows in case of fire, the train staff guide person to evacuate, avoid running through congested exits and choose another doors, which reduce evacuation time effectively, maximize the safety of person.
