The construction of high-speed railway tunnel improved rail operation,on the other hand it also brings the issues of tunnel safety. Due to the relatively closeness of railway tunnels, if there is a fire which results in smoke and heat dissipation difficulties, it will produce hot and toxic fumes soon; In addition, there are few tunnel entrances, a long evacuation distance, poor ventilation and lighting conditions and highly concentrated personnel, which leading to evacuation difficulties, rescue difficulties, heavy casualties and property losses, As a result, the study of personnel evacuation in fires in high-speed railway tunnels is of great significance.Through theoretical analysis, methods survey, numerical simulation and so on, this paper mainly concentrates on the personnel evacuation in fires in high-speed railway tunnels including the analysis of trains fire evacuation mode and evacuation standards in high-speed railway tunnels,evacuation characteristic of high-speed rail personnel such as the ratio of passengers composition, the cognitive level of high-speed rail tunnels and train fire facilities, after the fire the personnel evacuation behavior and the differential effects of evacuation behavior in fires which personnel composition caused.FDS simulation was used for analyzing the spread characteristics of fire on a single carriage. Based on it, we performed the simulation analysis about the distribution of flue and gas in a firing tunnel, then figured out when the tunnel and carriage are rising to dangerous. In Double holes and single high-speed railway tunnel, for example, using the evacuation software Pathfinder, we performed a simulation study on the safety include evacuation to the up wind side and to the leeward side at different positions that the train stops. Thesis research provides a scientific basis to improve high-speed railway tunnel disaster prevention and relief design, improving security for the high-speed railway tunnel.
