The Design And Research Of The Main Facilities In China's Economic Residence

With rapid development of constructing resource-saving and environment-friendly harmonious society, urban residents begin to like economic residence which is functional, practical, applicability, economy and sustainable. The author studies background and reason of appearance of economic residence. Analyse combination characteristics of inner residential space, and compares with other small house .Finally summarize spatial characteristics of economic residence, and explore its historical significance and social significance.The author brings intensive design into economic residence facilities design, and analyse design from macro level to micro level. Summarize design features of standardized design, modular design, integration design and material circulation design in macro level. Summarize the method of combination design and redesign in micro level. Provide guidance method for future residential facilities design.Through summarizing and analysing basic function space of general economic residence, the author divides residential space into four space including bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Respectively aim at different functional requirements of space, space portfolio requirements, usage requirements and user psychological needs, the author research the breakthrough of design different space facilities. Finally combine design examples with the author's process of design concept show the feasibility of design-intensive using in economic residential design.
