With the rapid development of the national economy and the improvement of People’s living standard,people pay more and more attention to participate in sports to exercise the body,in the City’s public space,sports crowd became more and more especially in the park,and the demanding of the park sports facilities allocation,management,became more and more strong.Through the combination of urban park and sports facilities,The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(HKSAR)provides urban residents with abundant,Diversified and high-quality sports facilities,and has formed a relatively scientific and reasonable management system.The research on sports facilities in urban parks in the mainland is mainly focused on community sports facilities,and there are relatively few studies on the allocation of sports facilities in urban parks.Based on the intensive allocation of sports facilities in urban parks,This paper interprets and defines the concept and connotation of urban parks,sports facilities and sports facilities in urban parks,and summarizes the development process and construction standards of such facilities at home and abroad,and summarizes the development trends of sports facilities in urban parks in a comprehensive way;Secondly,the paper combs the organization structure,Construction scale,Management mode and facilities allocation standard of sports facilities in Hong Kong City park,and analyzes the types and scale and layout of sports facilities in 30 cities in Hong Kong,and concludes the advantages and disadvantages of sports facilities construction in Hong Kong city Park.Based on the experience of Hong Kong,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the allocation strategy of sports facilities in mainland city Parks: in the aspect of organization management,it is suggested to set up a unified management organization,a unified information management platform for the whole city and a unified standard specification.in the type of sports facilities,the proposal is divided into basic and characteristic two major categories,14 basic facilities and 30 distinctive facilities;On the scale of sports facilities,it is proposed to construct Community Park sports facilities,Small Integrated Park sports facilities,medium-sized Integrated Park sports facilities and large-scale comprehensive park sports facilities four-class system and classify reasonable land use scale;in the layout of sports facilities,It is suggested that the city park,Schools and sports centers,such as the centralized arrangement and sharing of sports facilities,in the park recommended the centralized and decentralized,composite use and multi-functional combination of intensive layout,and take the Sihai Park in shenzhen,Dragon City Park as an example of the above configuration strategy of the specific application cases,to show its effectiveness and Rationality.This paper combines the relevant national standards with the specific practice of Hong Kong to explore the various ideas and effective ways of intensive allocation of sports facilities in urban parks,in order to provide reference for the construction or renewal of sports facilities in urban parks.
