Turbocharging technology as one of the most effective measures to increase diesel engine power and improve its economy, has been widely applied now. Turbocharging technology use the engine exhaust gas to turn turbine wheel, drive the compressor wheel to compress the fresh air from air filter. Through pressurize the air and press the high pressurized air into cylinder to increase the air density in the cylinder and also to increase the A/F ratio in the engine cylinder, to increase the engine power. Turbocharging technology is one of the main measures to improve engine power and economy, compare to Turbocharging technology engine that the nature air diesel engine power could increased by 40% to 60% and even more; the engine mean effective pressure maximal up to 3MPa, the engine has been greatly improved fuel economy, current turbocharging technology has been used widely on the vehicle engine side.Based on the research of 2 different turbocharger and engine matching, we could advanced estimate different turbocharger concept, and then doing targeted matching test, can greatly reduce the amount of test development process, so that development work more focused, improve development efficiency and cost savings. In this paper, vehicle engine and turbocharger matching performance of bench test studies, the main work and innovation are:(1) This paper, based on fuel combustion piston movement and heat conditions in the turbocharged engine cylinder, establishment turbocharged engine cylinder model, combustion model, heat release model, gas model and the pipe model in the cylinder.(2) Based on test two different turbo engine power, we have two turbocharged engine power situation at different speed.(3) Based on simulation and test two different turbo engine torques at some key speed, analyzed and compared the two turbo the torque behavior at different speed.(4) Based on simulation and test two different turbo engine BSFC at some key speed, we have the two different turbo engine rated BSFC, min. BSFC, low end BSFC.(5) The compared temperature after exhaust of two matched turbochargers.
