Secondly, under the guidance of value engineering theory, gathering and analyzing the information of complex mechatronic product.In addition, on the basis of the object of value engineering, thought orientation of the foundation of complex mechatronic product, adopting quality house technology to obtain the accurate information when customer's demand were analyzed in order to meet customers' demand, function and cost were system and synthetically analyzed, it will struggle to find function realization means of low cost function to replace the original.Finally, make optimization scheme of the design of complex mechatronic product. The lowest life cycle cost to obtain the necessary functions as a multi-program basis for the detailed evaluation and raise ultimately generation strategy of optimization scheme.
