Asphalt mixing plant is the key equipment in Road-works, the quick setting up and mobility of the equipment is very important for the infrastructure of our country. If vibrating screen and weighing systems, mixing cylinders are installed on frame structure, we can use the lifting mechanism to complete the whole block. Then we install the plant on the Special frame in order to achieve fast converting field. The floor frame is the important support component of the mobile asphalt mixing plant. As the traditional support components, it beers big load and high strength,and it's heavy. So it is necessary to building a finite element structure analysis, and according to the results of analysis to optimize design.This paper take a new mobile mixing building floor frame as the research object.At first, the srength analysis of the frame is done, proved that the stress is lower than the allowable stress on the two case that the frame may be most easily damaged. Then the strength analysis of the frame on wind load is done, proved that the action of stress and deformation in 10 level winds is comply with the requirements.And then the finite element dynamic analysis is done, including modal analysis and the transient analysis.By modal analysis proved that the floor won't appear resonance in vibration analysis of vibration motor.And the stress and deformation of the simulation analysis is done by the transient analysis on the working of the mixing plant.At last the optimization design is done,and then to establish the model again according to the results of optimization.Then to check the strength in lifting and wind load and the dynamic property of work situation. Finally proved that the optimal building frame comply with the design requirements and up to the lightweight, achieve the aim of saving raw materials and reducing the cost of the asphalt mixing plant.In this paper, the frame of the new mobile mixing building is researched comprehensively by the finite element analysis, and the primary optimization design is done and validation is done again after optimization. This paper obtained a certain research achievements, provides important theoretical support for actual design, and afford very important reference for engineering design and optimization.
