Research On Multifunctional Position Interface Module In Servo System Based On TMS320F28035

Modern AC servo system usually uses close loop feedback control strategy and accurate detection of its output which is motor rotor position has a remarkable influence on control performance. The detection of motor rotor position depends on position sensor; but different position sensors generate various output signals and interface circuit differs greatly one another, which directly leads inconvenience in practical use. Therefore designing an universal interface module which can be applied to multiple position sensor has engineering practical significance.The research content of this paper is to design a multifunctional position interface module based on micro-controller TMS320F28035 to implement position detection with high speed and accuracy. This module can condition and decode the output signals of various position sensors and provide position digital information to other control chips via SPI serial interface.First of all, this paper takes hybrid photoelectric encoder, resolver and Sin/Cos incremental encoder with absolute position output as research objects and designs their hardware interface circuits and software decoding programmes separately. Then, on the foundation that AU6802N1 is used to decode the output signal of resolver, this paper proposes a "Sine-peak sampling and arctangent direct decoding method" for resolver only using TMS320F28035. Tests results indicate this method has good performance both in speed and accuracy and can be used in practice. At last, this paper designs display and keyboard input module and optimizes both hardware circuits and control programmes and makes this module serve servo control system better through integrated debugging.
