As the important driving device of NC machine, industrial robot and so on, the AC servo system has obtained the widespread application in the modem industry production. People request the servo-control product performance, the function and the performance-to-price ratio to be more and more high. Based on digital signal processing technology, the full digitized ac servo system which uses direct drive technology and high performance control strategy will certainly to become the servo control development the tendency.Firstly, this paper has made the brief outline to the AC servo system and the direct drive technology, then, on the fundation of comprehensively studying on the model permanent magnet ring torque motor and control theory, study on the design of current control loop, position feedback and speed feedback unit. This paper designed a set of full digitized ac servo system which is based on high performances, high accuracy absolute position encoder.For the absolute encoder, the paper develops high performance position feedback and speed feedback unit, and designs position feedback and speed feedback unit, which is on the basis of a new type interface. Then, gives the design and realization procedure of the new type absolute encoder and signal processing circuit. This paper develops circuit of encoder position signal acquisition based on DSP and CPLD. Using advanced Endata interface protocol, the paper realize high-speed serial transmission of signal, then output the position signal as high efficiency code format, and by using M/T method, realize the wide range, high accuracy speed feedback of absolute position encoder.On the basis of above research, design a set of full digitized ac servo system, which is based on double DSPs. This system realizes wide-range speed control and has good dynamic characteristics and static characteristics by correct design on position loop, speed loop and current loop. For the further research ofAC servo system, built an experiment platform.
