Nowadays, elevator has become an indispensable conveyance for people living in the high-rise buildings, as such an important tool, people will first pay attention to its safety and quality problems, then the characters of smoothness, speed, accuracy, comfort, and a series of dynamic and static performance are also required. Photoelectric rotary encoder is a key component for the elevator control system, whether can it feedback the angle information of motor rotor accurately and immediately is very important.This thesis researches about the interface conversion technology which is suit for the HEIDENHAIN ERN1387, an photoelectric encoder used in the elevator control system. The advantages of ERN1387 photoelectric incremental rotary encoder are it can transfer continuous incremental signal, providing two signals of C, D in addition to general incremental encoder transfer of A, B, R three signals, its line number is 2048, the precision can reach ± 20 ", it is a high precision encoder which is usually used in the elevator control system. When we processing the signals, the core technology we used is the electronics subdivision method, which includes hardware and software subdivisions. Hardware subdivision is made up by three parts, including a signal amplifier, an A/D conversion and a digital computation. There are many methods in the software subdivision, this paper chooses the tangent interpolation subdivision algorithm, and achieve the eight times subdivision by the microcontroller STM32.Electrical and mechanical alignment experiments show that the encoder interface circuit and software program segment design in this paper is feasible, according to the actual situation this paper also analyses the system error.
