Intelligent traffic signal control is to improve urban road traffic conditions, road capacity to enhance the research focus. Because of the complex transportation systems, uncertainty, randomness strong features, it is difficult to create accurate mathematical model, the traditional theories and methods of traffic control can not effectively control its realization. Fuzzy control method is a simulation of the human brain by way of thinking, the use of expert decision-making experience of working without a precise mathematical model for the control of intelligent control methods, intelligent traffic control in the city's bright future.In this paper, single-cross intersection as a two-phase study, presented the state of timing control and peak-peak period, the combination of a fuzzy control population of urban road traffic control, fuzzy control to overcome the effects of the poor peak control status, timing control to play the traditional advantages.Through research and design appropriate control rules and fuzzy reasoning unit completed the design of fuzzy algorithms, and was carried out using MATLAB software simulation, simulation results show that the control effect is good.In this paper, the PLC from Mistubishi for the next crew, the computer method for the host computer to form a field bus structure. Mitsubishi's GX Developer programming software for the PLC programming, using software developed MCGS configuration PC monitor screen.
