Quality And Risk Of The Project. Cmlip Asphalt Pavement Construction Control Study

In recent years, the development of China's High-grade asphalt road construction is rapid, and with the increasing quality of traffic and traveling,the quality of asphalt pavement is rising, with more and more high performance requirements. Combining with Chongqing Modern Logistics Industrial Park's asphalt pavement, and apply the Project Management thoughts to entity project, we research asphalt road's quality control and risk analysis involved in the asphalt pavement construction comprehensively.This paper first study the factors influencing the quality of asphalt pavement project, use the tool of Work Breakdown Structure to propose the key point of project quality control, namely Milestone plan. According to the milestone plan and a large number of test or inspection data, we analyze the influence factors of the change and the influence on the performance of the quality of construction, and put forward the measures to reduce variability. In the end, we study the risk management related to road quality: first of all, according to the historical experience and database, we propose risk source, then according to Risk Evaluation Index Method builds risk assessment model, and finally puts forward the risk control method.From the point of Total Quality Management, we put forward the quality control method of asphalt pavement, and complete asphalt pavement construction quality control system based on this method. The risk analyses of asphalt pavement project, sums up the experience and improve the quality of the asphalt pavement, reduce the influence and provide some experience for reference.
