Research On Traffic Node Space In Urban Cente

At present,China is in the stage of rapid urbanization. Along with the urban construction to speed up, it is inevitable to bring a series of unexpected problems,such as the motorized urban traffic, urban land expansion,the destructed urban environment etc. Especially, the phenomenon which the ownership of the private car has amazing increased has aroused serious urban traffic problems. And it affects the urban traffic organization design, parking places and emissions, etc.With the traffic node space in the urban center as the research object. To integrated urban design elements as the most important content in whole study on the assumption that traffic problems existed in the type of traffic circle node have solved. As Laofushan traffic circle in Nanchang for example,the paper analysed the related domestic and foreign cases and carried on comparison analysising. And it discusses the urban design guidelines in the traffic circle surrounding areas. From the historical development until today, Laofushan has been a transit space carrying movement in city center. As its special geographical position, it gradually developed into an important window with affecting the city. The article is also to study Laofushan area environment and its traffic situation, and to gain the investigation data from the analysis. Thus the problem in Laofushan area is worth paying attention. It is urgent to need a urban design integration between every element of the relationship. Traffic node space is no longer bound up with the problem of road traffic planning or traffic control, but a subject combined with the whole urban design space. However,the article only proposed suggestions and countermeasures of urban design for the traffic node space. I hope the study can serve as a modest spur to induce someone to come forward with his valuable contributions for establishing a good city form and improving the city aspects.
