As the key node of expressway traffic conversion,the hub interchange assumes the function of traffic conversion in all directions.The reconstruction,expansion or reconstruction of the hub nterchange at key node will lead to the redistribution of the regional expressway network traffic flow and the operation of the regional road network efficiency and traffic safety have a great impact.On the premise of ensuring construction progress and quality,and ensuring traffic,how to coordinate the diversion path and evenly distribute the traffic flow of the road network,reduce traffic congestion,and reduce social impact is a problem that must be faced in the construction of key node hubs.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the traffic diversion route planning and guidance for the construction work of expressway junction interchange.This article explains the key nodes of the expressway,analyzes the construction characteristics of the expressway hub interchange,the factors affecting traffic diversion,the division of the area affected by construction operations,and the design process of diversion schemes.The theory of traffic allocation and road resistance function supporting traffic diversion is studied.According to the road and traffic characteristics,a random user equilibrium traffic allocation model and a practical road resistance function based on the BPR road resistance function are selected,and the road resistance function parameters are calibrated according to actual data.The commonly used traffic simulation software,construction area road network construction,OD matrix,simulation parameter settings are analyzed,two diversion methods of road network diversion and passenger and freight diversion are studied,and the evaluation standard of diversion road based on road service level is proposed.Analyze the demand for traffic guidance,divide the diversion nodes according to the type of traffic flow and the intensity of control,and study the selection method of diversion nodes.Secondly,it analyzes the release principles,release requirements,and release methods of traffic guidance information,proposes two types of guidance information release strategies for group guidance and individual guidance,and proposes the release content of variable information signs and the influencing factors,layout principles and position calculation formula.Relying on the project of dismantling the F ramp bridge of the interchange F-ramp of the Hongken Hub Interchange of Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway and constructing the new construction traffic organization plan project,the road network of the construction area was analyzed,and then the traffic volume of the expressway in the construction area was allocated by Trans CAD.Obtain the traffic diversion path and traffic volume results,and finally put forward a reasonable traffic guidance plan to ensure the effective implementation of the traffic diversion plan and provide technical support for the traffic diversion during highway construction.
