| According to actual engineering design practices, the effect produced by ships is usually directly equivalent to the crowded strength,the mooring force and the impact force, when ships are in the port of wharf, and is with the way of static to wharf structure. However, with the development of largescale ships, such disposal mode, apparently ignored the interaction between the flexible hydrodynamic process and the dynamic response character, which is composed of the ship and pile foundation and beam slab-column structure system. This article in view of this situation, Using giant general-purpose finite element software to do some simulation.The paper considers the dynamic response produced by the process of frame coming in contact with the dock when ships are berthing, to do a more comprehensive treatment of the influence of wharf structures'collision. This article carries on the numerical simulation for 4 # berths in xia-ning state wharf in Changsha and do some study for structure by model analysis, dynamic response analysis and some static analysis. Doing some comparison of the several different analysis, to summarize the appropriate and relevant calculation model, and the conclusions can provide reference for design of inland all straight pile frame quay structure. Get the following conclusion:(1)Modal analysis can get structure vibration frequency and the vibration mode. Based on the analysis of frequency and vibration model can get the stiffness distribution of frame structure and the external drive source shows that are easy to make structure resonate. The framework in this model has large stiffness, that is distributed uniformly. The state is beneficial to the seismic. Appropriately increasing the stiffness of pile is a good suggestion.(2) The analysis results of dynamic response indicates: Calculations of the impact force is coincident with and theoretical value. This result shows that: on one hand, the calculating results are reliable, on the other hand ,also make the empirical formula be verified by numerical analysis.(3) The process of the ship is collided with framework simulated by dynamic response model shows that: Collision process is not a simple loading process, that needs to consider the vibration of frame structure after the ships'hit. The collision between the ship and framework may even produce the clearance contact, and form the second crash. Dynamic analysis of the results obtains: The stress at suffered bump point and frame linking points and pile bottom, is of the great value, and of the biggest value at the hit points. The maximum transverse displacement is at impact point. After the occurrence of the impact, the ship's kinetic energy is transferred to the rubber fenders and frame structure's the internal energy. In the X direction, rubber fenders inherit the vibrations produced by knock-on effect, and buffers the force of spring role, and two kinds of the action decide the rubber fenders vibration characteristics. Ship is without vibration in this direction. In the Y direction, rubber fenders'hit only consider the vibration effect, ship is suffered uniform vibration in this direction.(4) Carrying on the numerical simulation for 4 # berths in xia-ning state wharf in Changsha by dynamic collision model, spatial solid model, spatial beam slab model (no considering board stiffness). Three calculation model has the same bearing law basically, and the structural features can be confirmed by each other.(5) comparing with the internal force and displacement value of the three different models , Through validation of dynamic model, the calculation results of solid model has certain precision, the calculation results of beam slab model without considering board stiffness is partial conservative. |
