The flood control standard of Nandu river through the Longquan in Haikou city is very low,far less than the current water flood control standard requirements;Because some flood control works has disrepair after many years,the accident may happen to threat to people's life and property.With watershed storm,hurricane's frequency of extreme weather phenomena of Nandu river are more and more high,we need to build the flood control engineering or improve the flood control standard of flood control engineering.Because the local villagers depend on the cultivation of crops for living,when the rebuilding and strengthening flood control engineering a number of factors must be considered.As far as possible little occupation of land,reduce the investment,and Increase the land utilization.Flood control engineering with local residents,environmental and policy are harmonious and unified.On the basis of Nandu river engineering actual situation,levee embankment design standard,the main engineering tasks,the hydrological and geological data which have been collected and so on,composite section flood embankment which is used the combined structure of concrete retaining wall and soil embankment is chosen for the Nandu river levee engineering.In finite element software ANSYS and combining the theory of strength reduction,this article has simulated the stability safety factor of earth embankment in the design flood level and construction conditions.Calculate the stress and strain law of static load in the design flood level and construction conditions and numerical whether can meet the specification requirements.This is static analysis.This article has carried on the model analysis of the composite section flood embankment by utilizing modal analysis module in three-dimensional finite element software.Modal analysis is carried out on the structure to get structural natural frequencies of wet modal and dry modal.It is to ensure that the composite section flood embankment has higher ability of resisting resonance damage risk and resonance phenomenon will not occur.Transient dynamic analysis of the structure in the earthquake under the action is to ensure the earthquake under the action of structure stress and displacement less than standard requirement.Finally,through static calculation of different composite section flood embankment,the analysis of stress and displacement,the composite section flood embankment has been optimized to ensure the safety of embankments and save earth volume and area.Summarily,this paper puts forward a new type of composite section flood embankment in view of Nandu river engineering actual situation.Through the static and dynamic characteristics analysis of simulated the performance of the flood embankment,it proved that it can not only meet the requirements of flood control,and can improve the utilization of land which illustrates its theoretical rationality and has great guidance significance to practical engineering.
