At present,data-based fault diagnosis of hydraulic systems faces two major problems: insufficient samples of typical fault characteristics and knowledge of faults that are difficult to find.This topic sets two research goals for the problem of insufficient typical failure samples of hydraulic systems: First,build a more comprehensive hydraulic system failure simulation experimental platform and develop a measurement and control system for it to collect samples of typical faults in hydraulic systems.Secondly,using the established experimental platform to simulate the leakage fault of the hydraulic motor inlet pipeline,collect data containing the fault characteristics,and study the effect of the hydraulic motor inlet pipeline leakage on the performance of the servo valve control hydraulic motor speed closed-loop system.LabVIEW software is used to develop a measurement and control system with data acquisition,classification display,selective storage and closed-loop control functions for the experimental platform.The reducer reduces the speed and increases the torque for the hydraulic motor.The role of the magnetic powder brake is to increase the load for the hydraulic motor.Adjust the knob of the throttle valve step by step to continuously increase the flow of the pipeline.In the closed loop experiment of the servo valve control hydraulic motor speed,due to the increase in the leakage of the oil inlet pipeline,the test data of the system from the steady state to the instability process was collected.The effects of different oil inlet leakage and hydraulic motor load on the performance of the servo valve control hydraulic motor speed closed-loop system are studied.Facts have proved that the hydraulic fault simulation comprehensive experiment platform has reasonable design,complete functions,reliable operation of the measurement and control system.The experimental platform can achieve high-speed acquisition of multiple signals,categorize and display data according to the type of test,and independently select the data to be saved and the servo valve control hydraulic cylinder position closed loop,force closed loop,and servo valve control hydraulic motor speed closed loop and other functions.The experiment shows that with the increase of the leakage of the hydraulic motor oil inlet,the adjustment time of the system becomes longer,the system pressure takes longer to build up,and the speed of the system decreases.Before the hydraulic motor speed stabilizes,the number of hydraulic system oscillations decreases,and the overshoot of the hydraulic system becomes smaller.When the system leakage is large,the system will be unstable.
