| With the development of the railway traffic, more and more bridges are built. Long-span bridges which cross roads, railways, bay and river are widely used. Now, prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is one of the most widely used bridges. In order to not establish expensive river stent,not interrupt bridge navigation, the construction method of self-erection system is always used in continuous rigid frame upper. As for long-span continuous rigid frame, while in the construction process, because of the controllable and uncontrollable factors, the deformation of structure and the stress state of section are changing. These are harmful to the construction quality and construction safety, also affect the bridge line and its stress state. So construction monitoring is specially important to for long-span continuous rigid frame bridge.In this paper, in the view of construction monitoring of continuous rigid frame bridge. It introduces the development of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, research situation of domestic and foreign construction control and significance. It combines with cantilever bridge cantilever construction and control of continuous rigid frame bridge in putian, Expounds the construction control continuous rigid frame the general theory and method. Using large finite element software-Midas Civil, referencing design drawings and considering various influencing factors, the author simulate the cantilever construction process by computer simulation. It combines with the actual construction and make the bridges closed smoothly. Take theoretical calculation for base, establishes the control system of rigid frame construction of a continuous girder bridge cantilever, analysis the influence factors, such as concrete density,elastic modulus,shrinkage and creep,temperature and prestressing force. Emphatically analyzes the linear influence of prestressing tendons tensioning of prestressed size and bend the position variation of prestressing tendons to the bridge. Identify and adjust the design parameters of the construction of simulation calculation, determine the course of cantilever construction method of linear control and the implementation of the program; determining cantilever construction process and the implementation of the program, in order to provide a theoretical basis for construction control.Construction control is not only the security construction projects, but also the safety and durability bridge operation in the comprehensive monitoring system. This paper closely connected with engineering example and the development direction of the bridge construction technology, expound the construction control theory of Long-span bridge and practical application. Although China's bridge construction control theory level have qualitative leap in 20 years, the equipment of construction control is becoming more and more advanced and it's rich in research talents. China's bridge construction control actual achievement remains to be improved. This research results can provide some guidance and reference for similar structure construction control of a bridge. |
