With the development of microcomputer electric power lanthanide series permanent magnet material and control theory, PMSM is applied to most of the medium or pony capacity motion control system. Especially in servodrive system, PMSM is replacing the DC electric machine and step motor. With the appearance of new design methodology and new manufacture technology, the accuracy of driveline is improving fast. so the research of coupling relationship between PMSM and precision driving system has important practical significance.The study analyzes and researches the electromechanical coupling facts and acting laws existing in complex electromechanical system. It summarizes four models of electromechanical couplings. They are electromagnetic torque direct coupling, harmonic torque direct coupling, microvariable control loop coupling and multi-drive system coupling by workpiece.Derivates PMSM's mathematical model in three phases absolute coordinates, and introduces SVPWM detailedly.As an advanced control method, vector control developed on the basis of electric motor theory, Electromagnetism energy. It simplified and decoupled the AC metor's model. Vector control can gain the outstanding performance, and be the main current control method in AC servo system at present.Based on the parallel mechanism construction drawing of virtual axis machine, we can know it's dynamic model, and actualize in simulink. Simulation indicates that the increase of rotary inertia can make the initial velocity wave smaller, and make the response time of servo-system longer. The increase of damping can make the initial velocity wave smaller, and make the response time of servo-system shorter. The increase of torsional stiffness affects the response time of servo-system dinky, but can make the initial velocity wave smaller...
