With the development of the electrical motor theories, modern power electronics techniques, microprocessor techniques and advanced control theories, the application of AC servo technology is more and more extensive. As a result of its outstanding control performance,Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor is applied more and more in AC servo system,This paper uses TMS320F2812 type of Digital Signal Processor (DSP) as the core, which is designed to be special-purpose on motor control by TI Company, and designs a set of control system for PMSM. The jobs that have been done include followings:Firstly, this thesis summarizes and analyzes the evolution, the present, and the prospect of both servo systems and AC servo system based on a large number of referenced materials. And the control equation under synchronous circular coordinate system based on rotor field orientation is acquired; Analyzes the common control mode of PMSM, chooses the control strategy based on rotor field orientation from their advantage and disadvantage;Based on analyzes of the control principle carefully, combined with SVPWM, The figure of principle structure is proposed.Design and fabricate the digital servo system according to the principle structure,to TMS320F2812 for the control of the core, IPM for the Power Conversion device to target for the control of PMSM, supplemented by CPLD and other necessary hardware, design Completed a set of digital permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulation system;and use CCS3.3 as platform for the development of system software design. The design of hardware and software in the text has benn detailed introduction.The simulation of control system is set up by use of Matlab/Simulink. All subsystems are given., access to a better performance,The simulation results show the correction and feasibility of the design.
