Dynamic stiffness is a measure of structural capacity to resist booking the characteristics of dynamic excitation,the greater the dynamic stiffness of the mechanical structure under the action of the exciting force smaller vibration,the vibration resistance stronger.Dynamic mechanical test fixture stiffness greater vibration resistance stronger, more able to exercise the right vibration table passed to the test product, the more the actual vibration of analog products.As the field of ANSYS finite element analysis of large-scale general-purpose CAE software, set structure, thermal, fluid, electromagnetic and acoustic in one, with its multi-physics coupling analysis of advanced technologies and concepts, and research in the defense area has extensive and in-depth study .After an instance of this thesis discusses the use of modern design methods, design of mechanical test fixture after the model, based on ANSYS finite element analysis, greatly improving the dynamic stiffness of the tooling to optimize the design, improve time-varying Load on the structure of mechanical test fixture, so that the first order natural frequency of the tooling from the original design of 872Hz increased to 2119Hz, product design documents to meet the mechanical test requirements.Can be seen tooling through the dynamic stiffness of the mechanical test the finite element analysis,can improve the first-order natural frequency of tooling,tooling enhanced vibration resistance, the effect well, has a high theoretical value, the design of the product excellent reference and reference.
