White body stiffness is one of the important contents of the body development stage research,which is of great significance to the stability and comfort of the automobile.Stiffness is not enough will affect the performance of the car seal,resulting in leakage of wind and rain,the interior off and so on.Serious body deformation will lead to door stuck,glass broken.In addition,whether the design of the body structure is reasonable will affect the vehicle's dynamic response and NVH performance.This paper refers to relevant literature,introduces the history and current situation of car body rigidity and body development,and makes a systematic research and analysis on the static stiffness of a type of car's white body.It mainly includes: 1)Simulation calculation and analysis,through ANSYS software,the finite element model is analyzed and calculated according to the constraints and loading requirements of the experiment,and the theoretical data and optimization scheme of the static stiffness of the vehicle body are obtained.2)Designed a set of test benches and systems,including the design of the test fixture,the preparation of test and measurement systems and the selection of test equipment.Through the test to get the actual body static stiffness data and the opening door hole,threshold,stringer,such as the amount of deformation.This paper focuses on the analysis of the rigidity of the vehicle under bending and twisting conditions.The simulation results are compared with the actual experimental data to determine the accuracy of the model and prototype matching.In this paper,the method of simulation analysis and experiment is used to explore and study the rigidity of the vehicle body.At the same time,the paper also analyzes the error and the method of reducing the error,and optimizes the test method and fixture,which is suitable for the early development and It is very helpful to improve the structural design of the body.In addition to the design of a simple and easy to use,reliable and accurate white body static stiffness measurement system to improve the test automation and accuracy,the entire test system and methods have reached the current level of the German Volkswagen.This set of measurement system can not only be used for different types of white body static stiffness measurement,but also can be used for four-door car,fender,roof and other important parts of the body static stiffness measurement.
