In recent years, China's relevant government functional departments jointly issued several documents to vigorously promote the export of the automobile industry, and China's automobile & auto parts exports will reached 850 billion U.S. dollars till 2015, average annual growth of 20%. In 2020 China's automobile and auto parts of the world's automotive product exports 10% of the total trade in the strategic objectives. In this context, automobile export logistics will get the opportunity to develop quickly, while the automobile ro-ro transport in vehicle exports accounted for more than 80% of the share. Fast-growing market has brought opportunities for domestic automotive logistics company's business development, but also brought a number of advanced foreign automotive logistics companies to join the competition.A automobile logistics company is China's first ro-ro car export logistics companies, the current business goal is to integrate China automobile export logistics supply chain for the auto factory and auto traders with auto finance, PDI inspection, stockpiling and distribution, terminal operations, customs clearance and other comprehensive services. It is obvious that in terms of the competitive environment faced by the A automobile logistics company or the development of their needs from the enterprise point of view, we need to develop a strategy appropriate to their well-developed, to ensure their continued development in the market ahead.In view of this, this paper attempts to apply the theory of strategic management, from the external environment and the macroeconomic environment and industry conditions within A automobile logistics company to start a full range of corporate strategic analysis, and accordingly to choose the company's development strategy, then presents specific strategic implementation plan, the final evaluation and implementation of the strategy, which the company establish an effective business development strategy, and for fostering a sustainable competitive advantage and make some effort. I believe it will be a certain reference value for A auto logistics company's development and the company which want to concentrate on auto export logistics.
