With the improvement level of automation of Nuclear Power System's and the application of digital control system. the fourth generation Distributed Control System(DCS) represented by Ovation will be widely used in nuclear power plants'Instrumentation And Control systems(I&C). Pressurizer is a vital important equipment in the primary loop of nuclear power plant,and its control systerm is a vitual equipment,and plays an important role in the main loop of reactor systerm and the whole Nuclear Power Plant. Researching on the control of the pressurizer's pressure and water level has major theoretical and practical value.Firstly, a nonequalibrium three region pressurizer thermodynamics model has been built. A traditional PID controller and a fuzzy adaptive PID controller are disigned for the pressure control system for the pressurizer,In addition a feedforward cascade control of pressurizer's water level control modle is presented, also the program of the control systerm based on Visual C++ is prepared as to see wether the theoretical model is right or not durning the turbine load plus or minus 10%,in order to analyzes the dynamic characteristic of this two controllers,select the better one.In addition,research the coordinated fuzzy control of the control for the pressure and water level control modle of the pressurizer based on Visual C++ and Matlab, compare the control effect to the traditional PID control effect and choose a better one.A Man-machine interface of pressurizer control is built by using Point Builder,Control Builder and other system tools, as to build a half-physical real-time simulation of the pressurizer's pressure and water level control.A study on the communication between Personal Computer(PC) and Ovation system based on Modbus TCP/IP protocol is carried out in order to connect realize the half-physical real-time simulation.In this thesis, the half-physical real-time simulation is realized,as to get a better control effect and make a evaluation of the system,we compared the history trend curve to the traditional PID controller,.
