With the rapid development of society and economy, the increasing needs of the people, the great advances in the national science and technology, nuclear power development has already become the focus of our core business gradually. As a new generation nuclear power technology AP1000 is safe, environmental-protective, economical and highly efficient, uses passive driven safety systems. It has been introduced by China and is constructed as the first heap in the world. Modular construction and a parallel operation method facilitated the construction, however, results in a significant increase in heavy lifting and cross-construction operations, which makes construction difficulty upgrade, and has brought the construction process great risks and challenges, no mention that the third generations construction of nuclear power is still in the primary stages of exploration and practice, little relevant experience are available. Lifting operation is a key and common construction area in AP1000 nuclear island construction process, in order to ensure the construction process conduct safe and smooth, and it is very necessary and urgent to make a system evaluation and a scientific research for security risks of large modules lifting operation in the nuclear islands. The security risks of large modules lifting operations in AP1000 nuclear island was studied in this thesis. Firstly, the current research about process of construction on AP1000 nuclear power were briefly summarized. Secondly, through introducing the characteristics and classification of the AP1000 nuclear island modular, based on the security risk assessment theory, combined with the process of modular construction and lifting operations, six major types of security incidents in the AP1000 nuclear island large modules lifting operations was summarized. Then, the fault tree method to identify and analysis the hazard of large-scale module lifting operations in AP1000 nuclear island and main security fault tree model of large-scale module lifting operation in the nuclear island was used. With the analysis of the basic events in the fault tree mode, risk assessment system that based on five areas of the people, material, method, and management factors was established. Followed that, through the study of analytic network process(ANP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE), safety risk assessment model that combined ANP-FCE of large modules lifting operations in AP1000 nuclear island was established, and specific quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria for the evaluation system that has been constructed was developed. Finally, combined with a instance that processed the large modules lifting operations in the nuclear island of Shandong Haiyang Nuclear Power Project 1# and 2# Unit, the ANP-FCE comprehensive security risk assessment model that established to do a security risk assessment for large modules lifting job in AP1000 nuclear island was applied to verify practicality and feasibility of the model.
