Infrared camera industry is a very broad prospect for the development of emerging high-tech industry and is widely used in both military and civilian area. In modern information warfare, night vision equipment has become an important military operations of military equipment, including infrared imaging system access to a wide range of applications in the Army, Navy, Air Force and other military. Our design and development work of the development of infrared imaging started later than developed countries and is in the developing stage, but this instrument technology is advanced.Compared with the current active infrared camera and night vision devices night vision instrument, this instrument technology has some advantages and is the future focus of the night vision technology research and development.Individual infrared aiming system, also known as military hand-held infrared thermal camera, is commonly used in the man-night operations, reconnaissance, targeting, patrol and lightweight thermal imaging system.It requires a high image quality, scientific human design, the volume Lightweight, compact structure and good environmental adaptability and system reliability. To achieve the above technical requirements, the design of the structure of this paper based on the basic principles of ergonomics,take the use of component-based design, optimization methods such as optimistic design and engineering design, targeted to take measures to meet the imaging performance, reduce weight, reasonable arrangements for the structure and improve operational performance in such aspects as Man-machine operation performance studies, and environmental adaptability on the battlefield were also fully considered.The designed products not only meet the practical performance of products, but also meet the modern design requirements of "people-oriented ". Red man exterior design intersect a number of research areas such as mechanical sight system design and optical, electrical and other disciplines. The basic theory, design methods, analysis and evaluation of the man red appearance of the aiming system has been systematically studied, so as to Provide a reliable theoretical basis, a method for the design of the Thermal Imaging Sights, a theoretical Basis for the analysis of the performance of the machine.Meanwhile the paper also do the in-depth research on controlled assembly of the surface shape conducted infrared lens, providing a complete theoretical model analysis and the image quality has some theoretical significance to further improvements.In this paper, based on the basic theory of hand-held uncooled infrared thermal imaging system, we do the research on the system structure of Thermal Imaging Sights. Finite element analysis using ANSYS software analysis tools, Individual infrared aiming system of man-shell structure is analyzed and calculated, and optimized the design in the case of military standards to achieve optimum design. Developed a suitable Red appearance aiming system, with good image quality, light weight, small size, easy to carry, environmental adaptability and other characteristics. The paper also hope that the work which has been done can provide a theoretical guide for the enterprise innovation and the structure of Individual infrared aiming system.
