Distill And Analysis Of Defect Signial In Active Infrared Nondestructive Testing

In this dissertation,distill and analysis of defect signal in Active Infrared Nondestructive Tesing(AINDT) were studied. First of all, with the different thermal prompting , series of experiments for INDT were done. Through analyse, the thermal prompting source of infrared bulbs was improved on. The time controller can control the loading time, which was one components of the device of infrared bulbs. The improved thermal prompting source can fit the change fo size of object. Based on the improved thermal prompting source, series of experiments about INDT had been done. The material used in experiments include aluminium tole, aluminium honeycomb board, plastic sheet, cuniform aluminium honeycom, fiberglass complex material ect. The defect signal was distlled and analysed. Second of all, the new way of Ultrasonic-Infrared Nondistructive Testing(UINDT) was presented. Portrait complex transducer and corresponding ultrasonic generator about power ultrasonic were studied. Based on the ultrasonic prompting, series of experiments about INDT still had been done.The defect of metirical include aluminium honeycom seeper, aluminium tole microcrackle, aluminium honeycom board disglue, aluminium board microcrackle etc. The defect signal was distlled and analysed. Third, use the software of MATLAB, extract the contour pels from the defect of experiment image. Multinomial function and the interpolation function was to make the disperse datas change slide curve. After this, the defects were more analysed. Realize the defect signal auto-identified and the caculation of aeras in defect and damnification were studied in image processing.
