Single mast stack-crane is the most important logistics equipment in automated warehouse. The frame stability directly affects the performance of stack-crane. Statics analysis and dynamics analysis of loaded Single mast stack-crane with high-speed is an important criterion for testing the stability. Meanwhile considered the vibration of structure is important to improve the performance of stack-crane.This article mainly studies the statics analysis and dynamics analysis of loaded Single mast stack-crane with high-speed. First, created three-dimensional model by Pro/E and imported it to ANSYS. Exerted force and boundary constraints on the model, then carried out the static analysis. For static characteristics, the maximum deformation and stress were obtained when the platform in the top of the stack-crane. Secondly, researched the dynamics analysis which based on static analysis of the stack-crane. Firstly when paltform at three different locations, anslysised the stack-crane which was imposed to forward acceleration (0.5m/s2). The result showed that the maximum deformation was occurred when platform at the low of the stack-crane and the maximum stress was occurred when platform at the top of the stack-cranea. Secondly, when the platform at three different locations, analysised the machine which was imposed to forward acceleration (0.5m/s2) and meanwhile the platform was imposed to up and down acceleration (0.4 m/s2). The result showed that the maximum deformation was occurred when platform at the low of the stack-crane and the maximum stress was occurred when platform at the top of the stack-craneand.Finally, in dynamics anslysis, choose the two situation in which stack-crane have the maximum deformation and analysised the mode with pressed. Then obtained the first then natural frequencies and the first then natural modes. Through analysised the modes, find out the weak link of the structure was in the top of the column and the platform. Given the suggestion for improvement and provided the reference for the design and improvement of the follow up products.
