As the traction equipment of railway transportation,electric locomotive is of great significance in the construction of electrified railway to achieve the goal of double carbon.The electrified railway traction power supply network adopts a single-phase power frequency AC mode.In order to reduce the adverse effects of single-phase electric traction load on the power system,each power supply arm of the railway traction substation needs to be commutation power supply,and insulation isolation is required between the catenary of adjacent power supply sections.On the electrified high-speed line,the electric locomotive needs to pass the phase separation point frequently,and the driver needs to maintain a high concentration of attention at all times when manually operating the phase separation.Improper operation can lead to the danger of live phase separation,causing damage to the catenary and affecting traffic safety.It can be seen that the traditional manual commutation method has been unable to adapt to the development of railway high-speed electrification.In view of the shortcomings of manual operation over-phase mode,this dissertation proposes the research task of automatic over-phase control system.First of all,read and analyze a large number of domestic and foreign electric locomotive automatic phase separation technology literature,understand and master the electric locomotive automatic phase separation technology research status.Then the composition and working principle of electric locomotive traction power supply system are introduced.By comparing and analyzing various automatic passing phase systems,the technical route of vehicle automatic passing phase is selected,and the overall scheme of automatic passing phase system is designed according to the system function and technical index requirements.Then the hardware function of the system is analyzed and the hardware architecture of the system is designed.The local sense signal acquisition and data storage module and the driving signal acquisition and over-phase control module circuit are designed in detail.Freescale series S9S08DZ60 is selected as the MCU in the ground induction signal acquisition and data storage module.The main circuits of MCU minimum system,ground induction signal acquisition,data storage and clock are designed in turn.The S7-200 series PLC is used as the control core of the signal acquisition and neutral section control module.Firstly,the input / output port signal of PLC is defined according to the requirement of neutral section control.The signal acquisition and485 communication interface circuit of electric locomotive reconnection and moving direction are designed in detail.Finally,the power conversion circuit is designed according to the power supply requirements of each circuit.Based on the hardware circuit foundation,the software system is designed.Firstly,the overall architecture of the system software is designed,and the program flow chart is drawn and the corresponding program code is written and debugged for the sensor signal acquisition and data storage module and the PLC corresponding module.At the end of this dissertation,the function of the designed and developed software and hardware system is tested.The simulation test environment is built due to the limitation of road test conditions.Firstly,the welding quality of the circuit board is checked,and the hardware circuit of the system is carefully measured and proofread by using the multimeter control system schematic diagram.Then,the environmental resistance test experiment of the device was carried out,and the insulation,voltage and temperature resistance characteristics were tested respectively.The test results show that the environmental resistance characteristics of the device are good.Finally,based on the simulation environment,the logical processing function of the device to the ground sense signal and the locomotive reconnection and direction signal in the actual process of locomotive passing neutral section is tested.The test results show that the system can work according to the designed control logic,basically meet the relevant technical indicators of the railway locomotive automatic passing neutral section device,and achieve the expected design effect.This system can improve the operation safety performance of electric locomotive,meet the requirements of current railway automation trend,and has good engineering application and promotion value.
