The 3.1.3 pruning of "The construction project rules about the bill of quantity "(GB50500-2008)-(which is abbreviated as regulation-08) regulated as the following:the bill of quantity is the basis of BOQ valuation. It should be as one of the base of the tender control value, bidding price quotation, quantity calculation, and the payment for the construction. The adjustment for the contract valuation, the transaction for the completed project settlement price and the claim of the project are also based on it. Obviously, it emphasizes the importance of the BOQ in the overall process valuation.The quantity of the construction is an important part of the BOQ and its importance in the BQ increasingly prominent. No matter the owner unit, design units, construction units or the audit all take high attention to it. It is the raw data of the construction valuation and throughout every step of the procedure of the calculation and the control about the construction cost. It is an importance basis for the calculation of the direct project cost, the determination of the construction valuation, material analysis. It is also the basis for compiling the plan of material dosage and the plan of the semi-finished products processing, the construction schedule, the statistical analysis, the change and the claim. It also plays an great role in the engineering cost accounting and financial management. It is one of the important project auditing object. The quantity affects the whole process of the construction. Therefore the quantity correct or not directly affects the core benefit of the project related parties.The traditional quantity computation process is very trival and lengthy which made the check become very difficult and not convenient for complex project measurement. Computer software auxiliary measurement includes form the table measurement and graphics westergard formula, the output value the addition table measurement is still the calculation formula of calculating table, complex quantity still very difficult review up. Although the software auxiliary measurement greatly improved the efficiency of quantity calculation and collect, but because of "trusted" is not high, threshold higher, flexibility is not enough, the mainest is most software to calculate the bidding stage without considering the amount is given priority to, to project construction phase measurement and completion of Rachel (never) calculate, so the computer software engineering measurement in the auxiliary measurement process valuation comprehensive efficiency is not high measurement. Although few software developers priced developed based on the whole is fifth dimensional figure four-dimensional, quantity, its design concept program is commendable, but its use effect is not satisfactory. In view of this, in order to improve the flexibility of engineering measurement accuracy, and in the process of generalization, the study suitable engineering measurement methods and engineering measurement method is a review of the realistic meaning and economic significance.The mainly content of this thesis:(1) through comparing the different engineering measurement methods, founding that the additional table measurement not only convenient for the related people to exchanges and audit, but also can better solve the problems of missing or repeating some content in the valuation process.(2) study the characteristics, content, design procedure and calculate steps of the additional table measurement.(3) according to the cast-in-place reinforced concrete engineering measurement of standard(08) and the design procedure of the additional table measurement designed the additional table of the reinforced, concrete beam, slab, column wall and so on.(4) take the construction drawings of one university for example, realizing the application of the additional table measurement in concrete engineering measurement and reflecting its comparative advantage.The innovation points of this paper can be developed into the following aspects:(1) according to the latest list quantity calculation rules, systematically study the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete engineering measurement in the whole process; (2) put forward the concept about the whole process management of the construction quantity and study the application principle of metrology management; (3) studied the procedure of the additional table measurement and designed a series additional tables which are related to the cast-in-place reinforced concrete engineering; (4) on the basis of "the drawings rules about the planar overall representation method of the concrete structure construction drawing and tectonic drawings(03G101)", systematically studied the different and relation between the calculation and the baiting about the rebar, and compiled the additional tables of the reinforcing bar engineering which are concise, standard, general, graphical and so on. (5) in order to give full play to the advantages of the additional table measurement, making some research about regulating the additional table measurement.Through the research and the application of the additional table measurement in the practical engineering, founding that it has the following advantages:its calculation is intuitive and clear, its content is clear too; its tables are designed flexibility, which is convenient to use; it is easy to found and convenient to check; its standard writing reducing the errors; only calculated one time but can be used for many times and for many related people; it can be easily picked up and the data is credible. Not only can be used in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete engineering calculation, but also can be adopted in dredging engineering, building project, anticorrosive preservation and so on.
