Reinforced concrete frame structure is one of the most common form of structure,it is widely used in the project, because it has mature design theory as well as large flexible space on the basis of the actual demands. In order to study the cast-in-situ floor slab’s influence on the seismic performance of reinforced concrete frame structure, large amount of related achievements are obtained as the reference in this research. At the same time, all kinds of recommended effective flange width are analyzed and summarized. Finally, six groups of different frame model based on the selected effective width of slab are designed by pushover analysis, research on distribution rule of the plastic hinge and the failure mechanism of the structure by the SAP2000 software.According to the rules “strong column weak beam” specified in the current code for seismic design of buildings. Among different seismic level frame structures, study the influence on seismic performance of the frame structure, and put forward feasible suggestions to the actual design by pushover analysis considering the different moment augment factor of column. There are various factors influencing the behaviors of reinforced concrete frame structure. On the basis of the predecessors, the studies on seismic performance is finished, some useful conclusions are obtained, which provides relevant theoretical basis for the specification revision and relevant engineering application.
